My name is John Cedrick, an undergraduate student at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee pursuing towards a bachelor’s degree in Information Science & Technology. My current interests revolve around Front End Web Development and Culinary Arts.
Educational Background
In Middle School I enrolled into the STEM program which introduced me to all of the related fields in which I participated in several STEM curricular activities such as the Future City and Forward’s Rube Goldberg Machine competitions. Additionally, I partook in several extracurricular activities such as Orchestra and Ski & Snowboard Club.
I graduated High School in 2020 from Wauwatosa West High School. Where I would go onto to continue my education at UWM-Waukesha Technical College and earn my Associates Degree.

I began working for Marcus Theaters in 2020 where I started as a Theater Associate part time for about a year. There I performed customer service, and operated efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.
I now currently work as a Line Cook. Where I perform effective and efficient food preparation and service for large groups of people. As well as food sanitation and extensive knowledge of food equipment and preparation to ensure the highest quality standards.
What I'm Interested In.
- Familiar background foundation working with some computer science technical skills such as Object-Oriented Programming and Computer-Aided Design.
- Seeking an internship or co-op position to apply skills in a practical setting, driving innovation, and contributing to a dynamic organization.
- Further hone my skills and abilities and pursue more experience in culinary arts.
