I’m John Cedrick Dela Cruz, a junior at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I’m excited to share with you a little bit more about myself and some of my passions and interests! When I’m not diligently studying and learning at school, I love to engage in a variety of activities that bring me joy and happiness.
One of my favorite hobbies I enjoy is reading manga and binge-watching anime shows. As well as collecting merchandise ranging from; hats, model figures, and art prints.
In addition, some other off time activities I greatly enjoy is playing video games and building model kits. Outdoors, I like to snowboard and go for walks.
I work as a line chef and like to frequently cook and whip up delicious food whenever I can. Cooking is not only my job but also a fun activity for me and a way to relax and unwind after a long day.
Overall, my hobbies and interests bring me a great deal of happiness, and I’m grateful to be able to pursue them whenever I can. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me a little better!

Educational Background
In Middle School I enrolled into the STEM program which introduced me to all of the related fields in which I participated in several STEM curricular activities such as the Future City and Forward’s Rube Goldberg Machine competitions. Additionally, I partook in several extracurricular activities such as Orchestra and Ski & Snowboard Club.
I graduated High School in 2020 from Wauwatosa West High School. Where I would go onto to continue my education at UWM-Waukesha Technical College and earn my Associates Degree.

Hobbies & Interests

I collect various different Gundam Model Kits and Warhammer 40k Miniatures. I greatly enjoy the process of assembling, building, and painting these kits and minis, as well as immersing and learning more about the lore and setting of the respective media.
I currently own several different Gunpla kits and I collect two different 40k Armies
MS-06R Psycho Zaku and MSN–04 Sazabi Adeptus Custodes
I frequently travel and attend multiple different conventions every year; locally in Wisconsin’s Anime Milwaukee, as well as out of state in the midwest such as Anime Central and Anime Expo on West coast. I make an effort to attend as many of these conventions as I can, since
I recently started building my own PCs, I enjoy the building process as well as the customization and optimization of all the different parts. I’ve built 2 different cases so far with plans to build a 3rd sometime in the future.
